FEES AND COSTS
THAI REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

Our law firm generally handles Thai property transactions on a flat fee basis. That is, our firm charges a set fee for handling the matter from beginning to end rather than on a retainer and open-ended hourly charge basis. In our experience, clients prefer to know exactly what their legal transactional costs will be before they decide to proceed. Flat fees are based on the location of the property to be bought or sold, not on the value of the property. Flat fee differentials are to account for additional time and travel expense involved in the property transfer.

In your Condominium or other property purchase, our firm's services may include, but not be limited to:

For a flat fee quotation for our firm to handle your property transaction, please email us at info@whiteweberlaw.com . Please include the general location of the property and the type of property being bought or sold. We are also happy to provide flat fee quotation for drafting and recording, leases, mortgages, usufructs and other property related legal instruments.
